Advice time

Have purified (filtered) water with you at all times and keep a glass or aluminum bottle beside the bed so you can drink during the night.

On waking drink a large glass of purified water.

Before every meal drink a large glass of water.

As soon as you hit the kitchen in the morning mix 1 teaspoon Bioceuticals Ultra Potent C (it’s effervescent) and 1 scoop Vital Greens in a glass of water. Down it.

Put kettle on and have black tea (or mint from the garden), no sugar, no milk, weak, to go with breakfast.

Keeps your kidneys toned and all that water guards against constipation. Which can happen when you ditch the grains and sugar, until your body metabolises. Any questions?
